Its cause idiots dont dress appropriately and its too cold to scrape of sweep their cars. Its -30 here in sask and im wearing three layers a toque and gloves and im fine other than my legs which dong get cold anyways. I can stand to be outside for 5-10 minutes easily. Other people are wearing a single jacket and bitching how cold it is.
