panels for 600 and 800

According to the Polaris website there is no 2011 Pro 600, just a 600 RMK, and they aren't they same panels, not even close. In 2012, the Pro 600 and Pro 800 are the same panels (which are the same part number as the 2011 Pro 800)

ok so hers the deal, im stupped and it makes no sence to me. i have bought these black used panles and they are nothing like others.... they have the same damn part number as every other one!!! my right panel has a random tab at the quarter screw spot.... and in the middle where it goes in the hood it doesnt have a tab!!! so fustrating cause tere isnt a single person to tell me that this is wrong or right. so heres a pic please help me. if you panel has this tab plz show me a pic thanks

My 2012 has that tab. It is supposed to be there. It is supposed to tuck underneath the other panel, not sit on top like that.

Thank you.. My 2011 does not have a spot for it to go in. I was told that the 2011-2013 panels are all the same.

My 2012 Pro RMK does "not" have that tab ....
I looked on the parts website and there are 4 different part #'s..

Not sure what the purpose of the tab would be so close to the fastener??

Ya you see the larger tab in the middle that goes into the hood. Mine doesn't have that larger one. The panel just fits like crap. And I do t have a split for that tiny tab to even go in.

I was thinking that maybe they came off an early model rush. But they have the same part number as the rmk panels up to 2013.

Ya they have the same part number as the panels that are stock for the assault. Two different panels. Same part number. Got me baffled.

ouch... i would say just cut off the tab but if you are missing the big one it might not work well.

Ya that's what I was thinking. Maybe cut into my hood and make a slot for the tab...
