I've never seen it that thick... Could you layer it and glue it? Or put one sheet and glue it to 3/4" plywood? That what I did when I built a 8'x4' sled.

I have some not that thick , not sure about norwesco they are mainly wholesale tanks and trays, redwood plastics would have all you need and if they won't sell to you call Larry at Emax Plastics in fort Saskatchewan he will get it for u.
