Stick that baby back on the sled and take another pic. I'd like to see how it wraps around the fuel tank.

Thanks,

tekim :D

Holly mollie Catmandoo is anything stock on your kitty? Look how much you spend on a cat just to ride with doos. BUT looks good.Your sled will be nice. Show us your pics when you get it all done.

Nice looking seat, is it saving weight too?

No weight savings but the seat is remarkably light even after the lift.I cant wait to see what it looks like.Likely should have had him slope the front down rather than square it off.Can be changed if need be.

How much for the seat lift from volkers??
and were are they located?

It was the first one he did like that and said he quoted me way to low, great for me but he told me that he would likely charge around 175.00.for any more that came along. He works out of his basement on the southside!

Great job done on that seat. I had something similar done. Boss seats are not an option with the price tag so high. PLus I get to keep the original look.

Is there a way to restore the logos on the seat? Mine have worn slightly.

That seat looks like the one I bought off mod 900 for my wifes sled only hers is solid black.I took it in as well and had the top of it replaced with a material called sticky tack because the person who did it for mod 900 made it with material so slippery you couldnt stay on the sled. This is a new fabric designed for snowmobile seats, its like sitting on mak tac!As for replacing the logo I think you could likely have one simalar made but I doubt you could get the exact one!
