Looking for feedback on heated handlebar bag?

Do you guys know if a 3 watt bag would be enough for de fogging goggles on those cold days?

Not to derail the thread but any suggestions on a good underhood bag a guy could attach to the clutch cover/shield?

That will hardly keep the camera warm. On days at -15 and colder it is not even noticeable. Even -10 my camera is cold to the touch. So like stormtrooper but a little more precise; no it won't!
