Homemade riser, farmer style!

Had a young fellow join us for the weekend and he shows up with a 2010 M8 with no handle bar riser. He's 6'2" tall. "Thats not going to work here!" This is what the bright minds came up with! I was real skeptical but it worked.

Until the steering post breaks the edges around the holes where the nuts are......... And it will happen.......... No structural stability or reinforcing around those holes :) ............ Can't make out what is in the middle of those longs bolts??

It's a hose coupler. Should work for a weekend but I wouldn't leave it on there any longer than that lol.

Yes it is a hose coupling but not plastic, galvanized looks like. Good to get by
