Not to shabby for a event rook! I understand he is only 3 seconds slower than the professional riders that follow the circuit?

Ya he told me he was hurting a bit on the gated section with the big track but felt he made some back with traction on the steeper sections.

160 entries and they were forced to decline Saturday am entries. That is RMSHA level entries. Course is similar to most RMSHA events and is a fantastic venue. True credit to the WCHA organizers and promoter to have the vision that we were long overdue for a return of sanctioned hillclimbs. Nobody is having a bad time.
Some amazing surprises is all I will say.

Big tracks gave some advantage given the ice at the start and on some of the climbs. Only a few wrecks. Skid on a T3 174 folded up on a tail land jump. Pro with some tweaked ice age rails. One guy came into the first corner too hot, jumped the berm and made the photographer do a duck and roll. Lots of fun and great people.

Ran some fast times today. 53 seconds my best so far. Might not be enough but will be damn close. Couple wrecks and an injury today but this is an awesome event nice job WCHA. Some hiccups along the way but that's how you learn and improve future races.
