There is one guy that ususally does it, but the timing is really bad as he hauls a lot of the bush equipment out of the bush at the same time of year.... I know... no excuse, if he can't do it every year then the club should just buck up and hire someone that has the time. I'm sure if they really tried they could find someone to hire for a reasonable price.
Our Club has the same issues as every club... we have 200 members, and maybe a dozen active members that do everything. The guys that does our lowbedding has done it for years, so we hate to push our luck and get demanding about bringing the groomers in and out. The shop is about 30 kms from the parking lots so I don't really know what that would cost to move them.
