fox float pressure recomendations

Ok say a guy is about 200lbs with all his gear on and he is riding an apex mtn se in fresh pow what should the pressure be in his fox floats?

do you just have floats in the front or rear aswell ? timbersled?

i always put in high and let some out 5 psi at a time .

MAX on the rear skid shock is 150lb

Last year I ran 150lbs in the back an 75 a side up front on my Cat, this year I've done a few suspension mods so it'll be a game of trial and error. Edit, I forgot, at the end of the year I was running 75psi in my clutch side but only 70 on the other side.
