CRF Big bores

looking for anyone who has run a MaxRpms 488 or Athena 490 bigbore on a CRF450. What were the power gains and rideability? Any tuning issues, or running problems?

Any info would be appreciated before I decide which way to go, just a fresh stock top end or BB.
