Clutch roller replacement

Hey fellas gotta replace a roller on my clutch an orange one is cracked in my drive clutch on my 2010 hcr does anyone know if I can do this myself or should I take it in!? Thanks

Everything can be done by yourself, just get a shop manual

Spider not socket. Grunt tool to undo spider. Heat gun. Then you have to put your spider in the oven get about 150° and you should be able to push out The dowel at the roller rolls on

Are you able to Explain to me what a spider and grunt tool is and when you put it in the over will it not melt the plastic thanks !?
