Well it turned out not to be a very merry Christmas at all.
Received word that my grandmother was in the hospital for 4 days due to a heart attack. It took the doctor 4 days to track down family members. (Grandma lives in pentiction alone. Couldn't remember any phone numbers to people she knew).

They let her out for chirstmas day. Talked with her on the phone. Joked around a bit
She sounded weak.

Then chirstmas afternoon she was back in the hospital from another heart attack. Around 8pm we got the phone call. It's bad and if anyone is coming down nows the time.

By the time we packed and left edmonton (my dad. His 2 sisters and myself) it was 1130pm.

Drove all night. When we hit kamloops we were back in cell service. Dad had a missed call from the hospital.

Grandma passed at 3am this morning.
