Wow... Seems like a lot of powder puffs here concerned about a few scratches when shinning up a new sled.

I here a wire brush will take all the dust off sleds, give that a try on Maxwells sled.

I've polished at least one sled in my day and i have never been able to wipe the paint right off it. but I'm not gonna argue. I would definitely get a claim in, thats the first step. But its gonna be a hard sell to prove what product you were using. Most cleaners have a disclaimer stating " use in a small area and test or something along those lines.
