Not BBQ’d chicken but the recipe sounded good so I tried it.
Substituted the spinach for fresh garden basil.
It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t as delectable as the IG poster implied.

These were on sale at Costco s couple weeks ago. I forgot how good tri tips were. Couple different rubs on it, smoked to 120 with some hickory, rested for 10 or so and then a sear on the cast iron.

Yum yum get me some

Prime rib roast. Still have left overs today. Practice for next weekend. Having some people over and gonna BBQ 2 or 3 of them
