Checked mine over, the parts are in correct but it was saggy compared to the 19 Freeride with spring spacers beside it. So I set the shock to loose and cycled it a bunch. That fixed it quickly, sitting higher than that 19 now. Might still need spring spacers… anyone making G5 spacers yet?

Sag fix

Substantially more than the plastic bushings but a waaaay better end result.
With coil over and torsion they must only need to be put on low settings for a smooooth ride.

thats a beauty setup, I have wanted to Enzo a sled for a few years... maybe this one gets it next year.... The spring spacers help with my OCD as the wonky half cocked spring just looks funny.

The real G5 Expert rear sag fix starts at the factory. BRP just doesn’t know that

Oh god, don’t start that. The torsion spring deniers will be all over you.

Well I would have to say the old school torsion springs are the most plush ride on the trail.
The Polaris is close but not as smooth over the stutters.
My Alpha with the non coil over Fox floats was just plain harsh no matter what pressure I tried.
The 1930s torsion springs do have their place, their extra weight also helps keep them doos planted on the trail and trench on the hill. Torsion springs and 4' chain, toss them both in the dumpster, loose 12#.
For the long ride to the Renshaw alpine don't think you can beat those overweight torsion springs for a plush ride.
