Guessing since that video was probably taken the day after he got the sled that it is in break in mode as well.

My G5 didn’t do that, didn’t ride it stock, but my brothers did until we loaded the weight to it. Then it stopped.

Not sure where you can buy a new turbo doo for under $20000 out the door?
Black 154 under $20000 otd
Green 165 qs5 shocks under $23000 otd
Blue 165 air shocks fancy gauge under 26000 otd

To me it looks like a 18k sled.

Good old inflation i guess.

yea, this naturally aspirated 25k sled craze is insane. I dont think the summit 800 was 7000$ more than the summit 700 back in the day LOL. Im pretty sure skidoo is going to release an 880 now just because people will pay 6000$ more for 50cc LOL. Thats great money

but its fine, line the pocketbooks of polaris and CAT so they have the funds to build a real sled one day

Why sell them cheaper if people are willing to pay. Until market demand is lower they will stay high.

The rv world now they must be feeling the pinch. 70k trailer on for 56k and willing to deal and can be a factory order.

people are buying them i guess, but might sell way more if they were priced better. Mabye not.

If i bought one id probably be taking a 10 to 15 g depreciation after 1 season. And Can get a low mile boost for 15g...

I’m sure doo and poo will escalate in price also.
I was super shocked, but Harley dropped MSRP huge. 2025 CVO Rd. glide ST 53k. Same as what I payed for my 2019 CVO Rd glide new. Harley across-the-board are lower. It’s also a seasonal toy, good news news
I think Sleds/rv/cars will follow.

If they sell 1000 units at $5000 profit, they would have to sell 2000 units at $2500 profit to make the same amount of gross profits but with 2x the hassle.

Twice as many assesories and chit sold too.
Then make twice as much....

Have to do a spread sheet or something lol
I'm sure Textron, BRP, Polaris all have teams of bean counters that figure out how to extract the most milk with the least moo.

Not arguing. $6000 is way too much gap from base model to pimp. Similar to the duramax Cadillac for $150000. Base model mid $80000’s. Paying $70000 for tv’s in the head rests.
