Quick update. The grooming operations are done for the season and we want to thank everyone for riding Valemount this winter.

We will try to update on access as we can, but as we shift gears, information becomes harder to get, so please share any info you may have.

A couple spring closures have opened up a bit early and we would like to thank the operators for informing us of the early season ending to their operations.

The Dave Henry and Dixon Glacier are now open to snowmobiling! Enjoy!

Ride safe.

Went up to Allen creek this weekend rode there Saturday and Sunday. Snowing pretty good both days. first day had decent snow and second day, went back past avalanche alley and snow was amazing. Good last ride for the year. Trail is holding up decent, one long muddy and rocky part and a few small patches. BF0B246A-2D72-4499-AE0F-162C7039B21B.jpg

That’s awesome!!!! Looking forward to my kids first mtn ride.

Hard to give decent snow report we didn’t go too far just out for the kids. Did manage to play a little not far from the clamina cabin and there is still some snow out there for sure I would think if you ventured it would be hard to find some decent goods to play in. Trail was starting to get skinny it parts but not terrible unless your towing a 120 up behind a pro with no scratchers.

I’d love to make one more trip but not sure it will happen. The boy loved his first ride and was very excited to get to sit in top of a mountain. And then the little guy managed to ride that little 120 the full 26kms from the cabin right to the truck pretty well with out a single break. Proud dad day for sure

We rode Clemina April 13,,We parked in the main parking lot and headed in. The trail is melting fast, several bare just past km 11. Could of drove deck and small trailer to km 4. Sleds got a bit hot going up, down snow was softer. One we got up it was snowing and very foggy. We went into lakeview, got into the trees and bottoms close to trees. Was ok snow, not a lot of fresh, we probed it down to about 7’. Playing in here and the trees for a bit then went into Bauer’s. Found some decent pockets to play in. Some areas approximately 18” plus of new snow. The snow was coming down heavy and big flakes and not letting up. This will be good in a day or so with a serious reload. Well worth the day trip.

as ron posted the trail is going fast, but snowed up top most of the day and looks to be going to snow for a few days, so anybody who wants a last trip will have some fresh snow up top. riding day was april 13 and the probing was done at lakeview . still a good ride with ron and jordon and only seen 5 other sleds

Clemina Creek, access is to Km 6 powerline. Allan Creek rode yesterday and access was about 1/2 km past the gate. About 6” fresh but heavy clouds today so hopefully more. Trail is heavy spring conditions but still good to go. Never road today though just out cruising.
