We came back from our ride in Ministic and found the trailer unhooked
-see photo->.
SummitRic had just purchased it and we now see we had it locked down incorrectly, but I wouldn't have suspected someone to try and take it there.
Please make sure your valuables are locked up or they might take a walk.:mad:

We got lucky this time!!

Better watch out!!

:mad: Man these ppl have big nards. It just amazes me that ppl will try to take other ppl's hard earned belongings. It must take a real character to have big enough nuts to take a sledders stuff, I couldn't imagine what would happen if one of these boost crews got pinched in the act by the crew that I ride with, alone anyone's crew. I guess we just have to keep a damn good eye on each others stuff and if you see something suspisous don't even hesitate to ask some questions.....:paddle:

Put it that way and your right ,I coudnt imagine what would happen if someone was trying to walk away with our stuff.Likely hurt each other fighting over who would get to them first.Would not want to be the bad guy!
Glad to hear the stuff was'nt taken on you guys!

I'm guilty of leaving things laying around because I would like to think everyone is honest. We've never had anything stolen and usually lock sleds down etc. We will have to be more careful in the future.

rode Allen Creek about a week ago with three other buddies, came down to the parking lot and found two peolpe RIGHT IN his enclosed trailor had jerry cans and all our BEER... soon as we hit the lot they ran, and when I say ran it was because one of the boys tried to run one of them over... problem was they were kids couldn't have been more than 16. So we shook the one we caught untill he cried (to small to beat):paddle: and then dropped him off at our friendly RCMP cruiser... I think we might have scared him straight! Well I hope we did...lol we now have a large padlock...:nono:

Theft

Good for them for doing the right thing. Laying a beating on these guys would only get you in trouble.
Dropping the guy off at the local RCMP...that's awesome and I hope he got the message.
Unfortunately youth these days gets away Scott Free on this kind of charge.

Don't know where he is from but he looked like the type of kid who's parents would kill. Him no fear of the cops but as soon as the cop said he was going to contact his family the kid freaked right out like almost barfing... didn't help we were laughing at him..:ha_ha:
