Sun is shining in the Shuswap this morning but apparently, that will be short lived and it will be full on clouds most of the day.

I think we are turning a corner with regards to the weather. It is going to warm up finally!

Did up a prime rib roast on the Weber on the weekend and we’ve been having sammiches for supper. I forgot how good thin sliced beef sammiches are.

Miracle Whip and mustard on one slice of bread topped with crisp lettuce. The other slice has Woodman’s Original horse radish and sliced raw onions with lots of thin sliced beef and salt and pepper.
