holy promo batman............RMSHA results - for as good as the Doo's supposedly are they didn't make the podium in a lot of classes and for as bad as these Polaris's supposedly are, they are cleaning up. In stock 600, stock 800, 1000 Imp, 700 Mod and in the Juniors, Polaris swept the entire podium and in some cases, almost the entire class.

Cat swept one class.

There were NO Doo sweeps of ANYclass.

RMSHA Snowmobile Hillclimb Races

Different day, different riders, different results. Funny how that works.

Those are real world results they don't count. This thread is for keyboard world heros only!

Modman.......what do those results have to do with the Meteor Mine Hillclimb results that the Crazy Kanadian was referring to? Thanks for those results though. Polaris is doing great in other area,s other than Western Canada.

Yes it does look silly but cmon? A clamp on a broken drive axle. Thats not exactly game changing technology there either.

Yes the klamp is very lame.... but that mess/so called fix????? really!!!! That is definitely a game changer... not... it sounds like the "new" bracket that is installed does not only hold the tank up, it has to force it up??? don't have to be an engineer to figure how long that will last!!
I doo hope you get a proper fix... I ride with all brands and do not like having to tow out anyone... it wrecks everyones day!!!

Point was that while Meteor is a good time, a hillclimb is a hillclimb, not sure what's so different about Meteor to RMSHA, and I can pull differing results just as easy. This thread has a lean to it, c'mon, we've all figured it out.... :) Are you saying that the riders at Meteor are of the same caliber as the professionals in the RMSHA? I have a huge amount of respect for you, you're a pro racer/former pro, so c'mon, lets be fair about this. Maybe the Seminoff's because they were BCSF riders but I have no clue who showed up to Meteor this year or who climbed the hill. Just saying Doo hit the top 5 means nothing when, for all we know, Doo was the only brand entered.

I can remember years back when we had to knock the cornice off the top and only a couple sleds, over 1200ccs, ever made the top. I couldn't get home this weekend and my old man bailed on going, otherwise I would have a bunch of pics from this event and who did what and who entered.

there is a vid on Youtube of "Someone" going over the top on her Polaris, think she might even be a site member... LOL

Sorry to rain on the Doo parade. Here's a pic of a rider on a Cat hitting the top a couple years back. See if you can guess who it is (tip: look at the hair and the jacket....) :D

p.s. Willy, awesome post buddy.

Yeah I think the Micku's would do pretty good against most those chumps down in the states, that have only had about 4feet of snow to ride in over the last couple of years....

As far as the thread..............its just one of many this year with the same common theme. Just a bunch of sledheads standing up for there brands. All in good fun!

So..........looking at the actual results for the hillclimb it looks like Dan's report may have been a little skewed????

Ya just a little.... so how much credit is there in his report/findings that started this whole thread???? after 61 pages it more like a novel... and now looking more like a fiction novel.... lol

Take it easy on him Dazz. He may have over indulged the Doolaide his first time. On a side note you can still trust Maxwell, Cuso and me. Lol.;):beer:
