I just think it would always be in the mud or under the mud.

Check out octacruiser on you tube they use them all the time and they are serious mudders.

I have it. Works great. Expensive tow rope but convenient.

Awesome idea. I have been looking at them for a few years. Couldn't get over the price tag.

I have seen them at Cycle Works and Riverside in Edmonton looks like a good tow system but costs too much for me over $200.00 but if you find you are doing a lot of towing and don't mind the price. it takes up any slack when you are towing so would better than a tow strap.

We did a group buy over at Grizzly Central dot com. Maybe an option if enough guys are interested and someone wants to organize it.

Just remember that you will also need to purchase the mount as well. It comes in 1.5" and 2" sizes. I think it's an additional $100.00 over the $249.00.

great unit, works well even when covered in mud. Polaris dealer in cochrane had them at some point. self retracting. great for helping get someone unstuck quick

I put one on with the kids quad. The kids scare me with the electric winch as they catch thier fingers or what ever else. Has worked great for them. They are stuck all the time at the farm other than this year when you could drive the wife car through most spots.
