Those spider cranes are amazing. But a fork lift with a 10ft boom is just as effective
In this case no. Valve was 5,300LB. Used both winches on the 90 ton crane and the spider and it still took a healthy dose of creativity. No area access. Had to swing the spider in there.

Why do you say that?

Did you just look at my comment and dis-regard all other comments? This crane will be torn apart piece by piece and inspected with a fine tooth comb. Structural, mechanical and welds. It will not be cheap. The cost of this will most likely be the deciding factor.

Ya i have a crew cab short box that i will sell but my plan is to fix up 3 of them, i am 1/2 way done a 79 Bronco, then it will be the 78 4x4 short box freewheeling, then a 79 short box 2x4.
