need some help

i am needing to replace one of my buckles on my kimpex cargo trunk but i can not find the right rivits to do it. the ones that are there split into three parts on the inside of the trunk any input/help would be much appreciated

I think I would just drill out those rivet's and take a chance with regular rivet's. Might also put a rivet washer on the inside too???

it is already waterproof with weatherstripping and all holes sealed up

Use regular pop rivets and backup washers. If you don't have any washers, make your own. Pennies work well.

I gave up trying to get a rivet in there, so I just use a nut and bolt on mine.
