Coming off a modded 1000, rode this one stock the first year. The y-pipe is not a turbo but diffinately feels stronger in the middle. Possibly a bit more on top but not enough to change weight. Ride with 6-7 other cats, this one is strong for sure.
Hi, about 1200 Km's on my 15. Still pulling full revs and running great. Thinking I should put some new springs in the clutches this year. Anything to be gained with non stock springs. Sled is stock other than y-pipe and can. I ride 4000 - 7500'
Sorry for the newby question but can we get 3.0 pitch drivers for a ZX to allow him to put my Challenger on his sled. If so how much and where should we look.
Love my 08. I bought it with 171 KM on it. It's got reeds and full SLP exhaust. I put the Linderman mount on it, I've got 17 rides in so far this year. Blew one belt that I had foregatten the parking brake with. I was parked damn near straight up so had to just about pin it to start. Doh...
My 08 had the 09 upgrade. It added a couple of extra holes in the stock air box. Was wondering how it would be in deep stuff. Had it in 2-3 feet of powder over the hollidays. Blowing over my head in windblown areas. No issues, run perfect the whole time. Stock air box and exhaust exit.
I'm old school, put him on his back spitting out teeth, explain why it's in his best interest to foreget about it and don't show your I.D. No brainer. Mouth off to guys, fine you take your chances, mouthing off to girls...unacceptable.
Just curious, are these for weight saving or more power? I've got reeds and full SLP exhaust, my sleds an 08 with all the 09 updates. It runs crisp and strong, got my BD #s from a well known shop and don't think I'll even touch anything. Is there more to be gained or just possible problems?
I had a hard time with mine, seemed like it wanted to kill the engine wherever I took power from. Switched my ground to the block and problem solved. I took it from behind the plate but tried the back up beeper too before finding out about the ground.
Another ride yesterday again sled ran great but pulled too many RPMs down low. EGTs regrounded to the block worked perfectly. Saw 1150 max even trying to get them hot. Time to look at weights/clutching I guess.
