    Riding near Prince George.

Hey guys, Looking for some decent riding areas around the Prince George area. I'm new to the area, from the Revelstoke area before. I'm going out riding with some fairly new inexperienced guys from work and looking for recommendations where to go. I've ridden the Torpy here but not much...

    Lets See You XM

SCS Unlimited. It's the Squindo Master Lab. It was my first wrap install myself so I probably didn't do an amazing job on it but it's alright.

    Official REVY Riding Conditions 2013/14

Revy got some dumps of snow this past weekend which were much needed. Should have a read on Canadian Avalanche Centre regarding avy dangers right now: Forecaster Blog - Canadian Avalanche Centre » Category » Forecaster Blog (Jan 01 post is of interest for the Revy area) North Columbia -...

    Official REVY Riding Conditions 2013/14

Rode Frisby today. Arrived in parking lot at 10:30am and it was empty. Didn't have to ride far past the cabin for untracked 2-3 feet of fresh powder. The clouds broke and had some spots of blue sky and sunshine throughout the day. Tons of fun. :) (photo was taken just a few km down from...

Where do you keep your license plate?

Actually in BC: Owner's decal 9 Every snowmobile registered pursuant to section 7 shall have affixed to each side of its cowl, or to another conspicuous place on each side of it, an owner's decal. So on either side of the tunnel is acceptable. I've also seen...

    Does anyone know why???

The best snowmobile in the world is the following: It's the one that puts a smile on your face. It's the one that when you look at you think "What a sick sled!!" It's the one that feels right when you sit/stand on it. It's the one that you feel comfortable on when riding. It's the one that you...

    Cops in golden

I've only skimmed over a few pages of this thread so excuse me if I missed someone already mentioning the laws regarding some of these issues. Haven't seen anyone post the correct information for trucks with lift kits in BC so here it is. Motor Vehicle Act Regulations Application...

    Official REVY Riding Conditions 2013/14

You could unload at Frisby parking lot on the Saturday, but by Sunday morning there had been rain down low and it was back to driving about 3km up the road before unloading. I haven't been on boulder yet but the parking lot there looked even drier/dirtier than the Frisby lot. Bit of rain off...

    Official REVY Riding Conditions 2013/14

Incorrect! Being over your weight limit cannot be solved by simple air bags. Brakes and axles among other things are also one of the reasons for a vehicles weight limits. If you are over weight, you are changing the suspension dynamics to the point of where the vehicle may not hand correctly...

    Klim Tomahawk Jacket

Can't speak to the Tomahawk Jacket....but I own the Klim Valdez and have been super happy with it. Also the warranty is wicked and they are not a company that will try and screw you around. A guy I work with had to send his 2 year old Klim jacket and pants (motorcycle gear for adventure...

What avy pack to get. ??

Haven't bought one yet but picking one up soon. Going with ABS myself. The idea of two bags is nice in case one punctures, and I like the options as far as different sized zip on packs. Buddy of mine has the vest pack from Snowpulse and loves it as well. Says it's comfortable and distributes...

Went up Frisby today. No longer unloading at parking lot. Had rain down low. Drove up to around the 3km mark or so and unloaded there. Was doubling with the GF so didn't go exploring too much up top. Definitely need more snow before leaving the trail can be considered safe in most places...
