This is the second time my winch cable on my 4500lb warn snapped, it broke right in the middle of the line this time, last time was about 10 feet from the beginning of the spool, am I doing something wrong or what lol I've never used to snap cables like this before

Cable wear? Kinked cable, they won't last forever, Maybe pull the cable out and do an inspection before you or someone else gets hurt.
Fibre cable may be better but has some maintenance issues, can also break

Winch cable was literally brand new, just replaced under warranty and today was the second ride with it

Just go to super slings or some where that sells amsteel blue synthetic winch line! You won't break that stuff and nice on the hands!

If you're winching you may as well be jerking it. My last dirt bike didn't need a winch...I really gotta stay out of the ATV section of Snowandmud.com... LOL
