To Dual Ring or Not to Dual Ring

Ive got a 800HO Summit, and just piled it up. Need to do some pricing on Pistons, Should I go with Dual Rings or Single Rings? What Brand?

I'd put the MCB dual ring in, you can get the complete top end kit off E-Bay for around $300. Or nows a good time to go 840.
