both are very close in weight not enough to make a differnce i think silverbacks are better in liek watter mud and deep mud and outalws are pretty good and amazing in skegg cuz of the paddle tread

I have ran both tires, 30" SILVERBACKS and 31" LAWS. I was also a gorilla dealer. I have seen a few silverbacks come back with lugs torn right off the carcass. The side lugs on the laws are actually deeper than the silverbacks, but the silverbacks have a 1/4" deeper lug. With either tire you will find you dont need 4wd to often. Also when you are stuck most of the time it's pretty bad. It mostly comes down to the rider and what you are looking for in regards to terrain. Just remember either tire on your bike will change your power to the ground, as being heavy.
