I'VE SEEN THESE PICS BEFORE, AND I THINK IT WAS GREENLAND, OR ICLELAND... I HAVE A SERIES OF ABOUT 12 OF THESE PICTURES AND THE HIGHEST POINT WAS 62FEET, THE A 4 STAGE SNOWBLOWER WAS SHOOTING OVER THE TOP....... WAY COOL!!!

I heard 18 years ago, you had the same type of situation in the Yukon (every winter) on the highway south from Haines Junction.

I sure hoope the base has set-up... getting stuck could be a very big issue....
