M1000 Bog

I have a 2008 M1000, and every once in awhile it will bog and almost back fire when climbing or really working the machine, so when it does this I let off the throttle and then pin it and it clears up. A friend of mine told me to unplug the throttle positioning sensor and it will fix this problem? Has anyone else had this problem? I have had it at the dealer and they say its all ok. The plugs are dark but not wet so it seems to be burning ok, the exhaust valve cables are set proper.

Any thoughts or fixes?

Nope all the cables are good, its almost like there is something not grounding properly but i have looked it all over and can't seem to see anything loose or rubbing.
