My 15 year old border collie “ Rewind” had to be put down. Old age and a bad heart finally caught up to him. I’ve had lots of dogs in my life but this one was truly something special. The smartest damn dog I’ve ever met.
RIP Rewind

Sorry for your loss, It’s amazing how they truly become part of the family, after I put our German shepherd down it was about A year before we replaced her, and it was the kids who wanted to get another shepherd, I wasn’t ready for another hound as it was really hard to put her down

Sorry for your loss, my border is getting arthritis pretty bad lately. Its tough to watch, spirit of a lion but body of a 80 year old. Take some time then get a new pup. Nothing like a puppy to make your "problems" seem insignificant. Good owners should not be without dogs.
