This might be a very affordable theft protection for our toys. Or at lease find it instead of waiting for the cops to find it.

This is a neat gadget, but it only works via Bluetooth which means you have to be within 100' to locate it with your phone. There's another device out there that is still in development that claims to offer full GPS location for $3-$4 per month. RETRIEVOR - The Complete GPS Tracking & Retrieving Solution | Indiegogo So far, this looks to be the most cost effective solution I've seen at $5.95/mo subscription fees for your first device and $1.09/mo for every device after that.

I think tile would be good for locating my kids lost mittens on the playground but until the entire world is using it would be rather ineffective for big boy toys.
