Finally got all my mechanical issues solved, got the Bimini on and got out for a few days. Next year she gets paint and a new interior.

Little man got his first boat ride.... Not to young to appreciate the value of a good nap on the boat

He looks very happy.

Regal 53' Sport Coupe. That one is 95% complete and floating in a test station. I got to meet the owner who is anxiously anticipating delivery.

I was told that after touring the plant I would never want to buy another brand. And there is some truth to that only thing is without seeing the other manufacturers facilities it's hard to know if they are not doing the same things. Boat fabrication has come a long way and many of the materials used carry 25+ year warranty, makes you wonder why the boat only carries a 1 yr warranty.

Regal does warranty the hull & structure for life though, even if a guy were to buy a used one and there was deterioration in the fiberglass they would repair or replace the boat.

Very cool! They all don't do it the same for sure! Go look at brand new air Natique g23 g25 wicked boat but I was surprised 3 out of the 8 I looked at had bad orange peal in the gel coat all in different places of the hull. Pointed it out to the dealer owner... In mins he was on the phone. Granted it makes zero difference in the h2o but at 125g it would piss me off if I was to ever Win lotto and be able to buy such a boat!
