They can't win either way. You let a bunch of locals back in and someone is going to get trapped and die. Then guess what, the families sue for the govt not doing everything in their power to prevent deaths. And then a bunch of lobby groups sit around on their pedestal claiming that no building is worth someone's life and the govt is to blame.

So they aren't allowed back to their homes to help protect everything they have because the government might get sued... But be forced to take an experimental jab and be hurt or killed and there is no sueing the government. Got it.

Not sure why or how you don't understand things and why it always comes back to Covid. I have no idea why you can or can't sue for the "experimental jab" but people sue gov't's every day. They sue police departments, they sue fire departments, they sue the local city gov'ts (like slip and falls), they sue all the time.

The jabs were an example. You aren't sure why you can't sue them? Lol. Well if you figure it out it might start to make sense why they won't let people go and try and save what they have. Have them sign a document they are on their own if something happens but at least give them a chance to do something. Government has a double standard going as usual.

I'm going to save my house or help someone else. Government says you might sue us if you get hurt, so we can't let you go in.

I want my job. Government makes one take the shot even if they are against it. I get hurt or killed. Government says we aren't liable.

Funny where they draw the line.

Unfortunately, this thread will be moved soon to News, Politics and other worldly events. Turning in to a thread with other theories and covid stuff.
It is becoming this generation's 'Nam.

How does the president put a $700 value to help these people out?
That wouldn't buy my groceries for 2 weeks

If people have insurance, not sure why the govt needs to bail people out. I am cool with short term help, but the insurance companies need to reimburse that back to the govt. If you don't have insurance, tough luck. Otherwise, that is just another socialism handout.

Do you know how long insurance takes? What about in the meantime?
Exactly where I was going.
And yes the insurance should then reimburse the government for expenses.
There are some places you can not get fire coverage also.
