I thought you would all find this interesting. This is a copy of an information brochure issued by the bc ministry of forests and range. New legislation has been passed in british columbia regarding off roading, damage to environmentally sensitive areas and the fines involved if you are caught causing the damage.

The government is taking this very seriously and will be aggressively prosecuting offenders. The government (and the environmentalists) will have people out there watching, so keep this in mind.

The forestry is also patroling the forestry roads, its 300.00 fine if you do not have liability insurance in BC.
