I think $750,000 is a good asking price and maybe let them negotiate back to $500,000. Maybe an even million if you can get your slide but the dude asking $1.3 million? Friggin ridiculous.

I get that this guy spent a fair amount on some "upgrades/accessories", but you are definitely selling to a niche market if you want 70k for a 4 year old truck with 132k on it (can order a 2016 now)
