yep, carbs come off. Bowls off the bottom come off. Remove screw that holds the floats in-place. Be careful as there is a small spring that can fall out and the needle should come out as well. Then you can screw the jet out. Get a can of spray brake clean with the little red pastic tube and blow out all holes. Check jet to make sure it isn't glazed over. Blow through everything really good. Blow out with compressed air to nmake sure everything is super clean and try it again...operate choke cable to ensure it is working freely while it is off the carbs and operate once again to make sure it isn't hanging up. If you have a tether cord make sure you use it. Ensure throttle is operating all the way to WOP freely before starting. You don't want it firing up and running away on you. If no tether have someone handy ready to kill it with the kill switch or better yet prop the track off the ground with a stand so the track isn't in contcat with the ground...

If you are not really mechanically inclined it sounds like you should be taking your sled to someone that knows what they are doing. If you do not know what you are doing you can create more problems than just a no start or no run issue. Carbs need to be cleaned properly, if you don't know how to do this you best leave it alone. No disrespect to anyone intended, but trying to repair your sled using suggestions from the internet is probably going to bite you in the A$$.
