not sure how this affects you at all? You seem to be ultra anal over a small incident in alberta for some reason, and for a mistake in a fine amount. I think you need to go and find some whales to save or something, the fine is usually around $500 for this type of offence not the death penalty, the death penalty is usually 20 yrs, but some are out in 7 yrs . shheeesh
