Golden 24th-25th....where to go?

Heading to Golden for the weekend of the 24th with a group of six or seven with varing abilities, have only ridden Quartz and was wondering if conditions are okay there or should we opt for another area to try. Any input would be greatly appriciated.

I also have a 7-8 person crew heading that way next weekend, and was wondering what areas are best and most importantly safest for this time of year. We'll more than likely be hitting up Quartz, and was thinking about doing Gorman too, but I've read to stay away from Gorman right now. Maybe Silent Pass???
