No manufacture or dealer alignes trailer axles before it leave the shop new
I fought with Western RV on my Tango Trailer as the tiresw were cupped just being towed from California to Edmonton.
City Spring aligned the Tango as part of the purchase/warranty and Western paid for the alignment
Went for its first trip to S&M Rally at Rocky in 2011 and seised the brearings and axle
So City Spring replaced the 3500lbs with 5000lbs and realigned them
So had to sue Western RV and won a $2800.00 settlement
Trailer runs 10 times better with 5000lbs axles than it ever did with 3500lb axles
City Sping in Edmonton has aligned 3 holiday trailers of mine now, great job.
