February Snow Conditions

was up Lucille today, cleaned cabin, chipped the snow and ice off deck. not much untracked there.
Need some help to push the snow off the roof at Renshaw cabin if anyone is interested in helping. I can go up Friday or Sunday. should only take a couple guys on the roof 10 min. or so to knock it down.

J.C. and his crew just called me and informed me that they were headed up this am and would take care of the snow on the roof of the Renshaw cabin. Many thanks to you guys, saves working my bad shoulder. nice to have peeps that help out.

That could be arranged Showtime! Anyways out to the Renshaw, bluebird day and way out there to find untouched. Funny lots of people drove by it but nobody knew it was there so we took advantage! Higgins.

Wear your big boy underwear cause the drop into the butterfly will be fun. While your back there can you keep an eye out for my sos shovel handle.

Due to Hangovers and hunting down parts to build a 5" riser only 1/2 day ride. Hit Belle, good choice, some good snow going thru the burnout and tree'd areas around the sides made for a lot of fun. Did some dragracing on the big hill behind the cabin, brought back old memories and the Pro ran strong! And only 8 riders on the hill total, sure the topend is beat but if you can ride trees there is some fun to be had. Higgins.

The creeks and trees in Belle still had some snow to be found on Friday. Saturday was a bit of a struggle after someone in our group decided that Friday night should be Mexican night at the Griz. We did find some spots farther back in Renshaw that still had snow, but mostly in the trees again. Sunday there was actually around 6" of fresh on Belle that made for a nice end to the weekend. Thanks Barry and Judy for looking after our crew so well!!:d

Was that you guys jumping out of the creek in Belle on Sunday? I watched someone bite it from across on the hill that day. Then when I saw the camera come out, and the guys start doing loops back around, I knew someone was gonna eat it.
