crowsnest area locals

hey everyone,
i have question for locals, unfortunately it has nothing to-do with sledding. Just wondering if any locals work for Tech coal? they are interviewing me right now and they seam certain that they want me to work for them in the crowsnest area. I wouldn't mind moving to the area just have a few questions for someone that works there or have worked for them.

A great place to work and live. Anywhere in the Elk Valley (Elkford, Sparwood, Fernie are towns close to the mines) or if you prefer you can commute from the Pass. The only things cheaper in BC are personal taxes and property taxes.

Did I say a great place to recreate......fishing, hunting, sledding, quading, water sports, are all close at hand and rival most places.
