Face it boys - the kijiji gene pool could use a power dose of chlorine! This goes for buyers and sellers.
"that are just plain fawked." Haha Yeah Buddy! It doesn't matter where you start...it's where you end that counts. When I sell something on Kijiji, I usually price it with some room to move, because most people want to grind a few dollars off the top end....makes em feel like they got a good deal. But, there's also some people that are just plain fawked.

The motor cost more than an M1000. Id like to see what you ride besides a chug.
chug? as in native women? hell yeah, I've had my share. as for a sled, I just buy a new one every 4 or 5 years. that way the depreciation doesn't hurt that much, not like the cash you're gonna lose if you spent more than 25K on that antique. might as well put it in a lexan case and bury it as a time capsule. would be cool if people a couple hundred years from now could laugh at you too....The motor cost more than an M1000. It sure is funny when this antique is passin the new iron. It will run with some PGTs and RGTs even some turbo Yamahas. Theres alot more to making a sled work well than just giving it gobs of HP. In alot of cases adding more HP just compounds the problems the chassis had in the first place.you laugh when your antique that you have over 25G invested in passes the newer stock sleds that are worth 13-15,000? or you laugh when you pass the newer sleds modded up with the same amount of coin you have invested? does it run with the new sleds on PGT's or RGT's and what does it weigh? just asking the question.

biggest depreciaters are the 4 stroke yammies, unfortunately ..low mileage RX1s for $3000 , I remember going to the showing of the 03 RX1s,,sledders couldnt wait to put there $12,000 down for those..and my neighbor has a low mileage 07 Phazer he wants to trade for my 95 XLT SKS,my sons say dont,,I wont like it..
I don't think that level of depreciation has anything to do with the quality of the machine, just the level of demand for them. Those early four strokes were absolute tanks and no one wants to buy a 700 pound sled for mountain riding these days.biggest depreciaters are the 4 stroke yammies, unfortunately ..low mileage RX1s for $3000 , I remember going to the showing of the 03 RX1s,,sledders couldnt wait to put there $12,000 down for those..and my neighbor has a low mileage 07 Phazer he wants to trade for my 95 XLT SKS,my sons say dont,,I wont like it..
