Did some searching tonight regarding removal and clean of the new style valves on the Axys, couldn't find anything decent.

Any info on guys that have done this before? Is there any special method, or thing to know, that would be different than the old model?

Have about 1000km so i'm sure they need some TLC.

Thanks,

Word is they are not to be serviced like the old ones.

It is more of a P.I.T.A. Than before. You must totally unbolt the lower steering post to get them out. Also be prepared as the blades are spring loaded with 2 springs for each cylinder. So watch that as you slide the them out.
other than that, it's not to bad.

Ohh, and never adjust the cables.
if you do, you will be needing to take a trip to the dealership to get it back right again.

Thanks AK. Steering post won't be an issue to move, good to know about the springs. How many kms did you have on yours when you did them? Did it seem required? I have 1000km using all Polaris Gold oil.
