The nicest powder that I have seen for over 2 months!!! Wow. The only thing missing was the blue bird sky so not quite as nice as Bozeman had last week but nice just the same. There was 6" to start with when I unloaded and it starts to increase at about 5000'. At Koko it was 12" and in Mear Lake and above it was 16-18". It was the nice light fluffy stuff too. Just awesome. Down toward the Bull River it got less and less. I turned around at the creek crossing and there was only 1" of new.

Sure nice to live in the mountains and be making first tracks with a dump like that!!

Had a bag of scallops remaining in the freezer so I fixed them with a little garlic, lemon pepper, and butter. Lunch was also awesome!

my dad just went through Whitefish, Montana and said there was up to a foot of snow has fallen on the hiway. parts of alberta had a few inches

Has anyone gone down to Elkford today? We're trying to decide if there's enough snow around to save the drive to Revy..... Any opinions?
