Any Campsites in Alb that have Fishing / Quading ?

Cow lake is only about 15 minutes away, cant quad there but its worth a try for spots.

You can try northbuck lake/ Chump lake/ skeleton lake/hope lake. All in the same area and you can quad to all the lakes. all have fishining and good trails. Chump lake has a camp ground it's $12 bean's a night or there is random camping.

Or you could head out to the Brazeau dam great fishing and lot's of quadding one of our favourite places to go. :d:d

There are changes at Brazeau this year. Trans Alta has closed all quadding in the river valley. Not sure about the trails around the dam but it won't be as good as years past.

Are you fishing from shore or a boat????? lots of lakes,,, but forget quading around them. You would not find that around here. But you can have them there and trailer them out of the campsites to quad. Almost all lakes have some sort of park to protect them. Here is a list of Shore/Boat fishing lakes, you can PM me for more info. Mitchel, Struble, Twin, Cow, Swan, Abraham, Goldeye, Phyliss, Tay, Alford, Beaver, Burnt Stick, Fish Lake, Jack Fish. Many are stocked some natural. Rivers, NSR, Clearwater, Raven, Stauffer, Prairie, Ram, North Ram.

well we are bringing the boat. plan kind of is .. just quad for a week fish when we can ect.

then stop at a lake and use the boat more.

You can go to touchwood lake in Lakeland county. Huge lake to fish in and there is mile of trails around the lake area. Can't quad out of campsite, but there are stagging grounds at the starrt of the trails. Took my boat and quads there last year and spent a week up there.

very old thread revitalized. Peppers lake. south west of rocky mtn house on secondary hiway 672. that is random camping anywhere you like, or at the legit campground. There is the peppers lake itself or very close by, only 5min on the quad is a stock pond called elk creek. enjoy
