Advice on used sled

Hey, Im looking at buying an 2009 - Summit X 800 / 154" looks like its in great shape and 2700km. Owner's mechanic says compression is 130 in both cylinders is that good? Also what do you think the sled is worth? (its got lots of goodies - goldfinger left, tunnel bag, gas thingie, can, etc.)

sold my 09 xp X 800 154 with 3400km on it a year ago for 6500$. Just for reference
