I am happy to Report that We are sitting at -18.7C Overcast.

We are to receive 10 - 15 cms. of Snow Tomorrow and 10cms. Sunday

There is a few Guys in Blue River that were in the Holy Grail & Big Blue this Weekend !!

They said it was AWESOME !! Found POW up there and had a BLAST !

The Avalanche in the Alpine is now CONSIDERABLE .....Soooo BEWARE UP THERE !!!

Just had a Call from Guests heading home to Alberta and they say Hinton is in Whitout Conditions the Hi-Way is a Sheet of Glare Ice !

They watched a Truck Rollover right in front of Them.....YIKES !

They said the Hi-Way looks Dry But IT IS BLACK ICE !!

Take Care Driving Home or Driving here !

The Mountain Tops are getting Socked right in hard to see the Peaks !

Our Guests that were on the Mountain Today said Not Bad....( so far so good ...lol )

NOW I am waiting for a Good Ole ULAR DUMP !!

Soooo Current Temp. in the Valley Bottom is -14.4 C. Calm with a Breeze at times .....

POW-WOW was saying that We have received about 6 " of Snow in the Valley Bottom soooo that should be Double up Top !

REMEMBER....AVALANCHE in the Alpine is....CONSIDERABLE !

Really get some Good Local knowledge of the Conditions before heading into the Back Country !

Soooo Give Blue River a Whirl if You have Never been here before...I Think You will be Pleasantly Surprised !!

Not sure if I should give an accurate report on our first impressions of Blue jewel and the Holy Smoke Inn, we don't want everyone coming down here all the time, we would like to keep it all to our selves!!

Quite possibly the nicest people in the rockies. No joke. Very cozy accomodations, very clean and comfortable beds. Our group is in there "House", its literally a house right next to the Holy Smoke Inn. Satalite TV, free wifi, free Long dist phone calls, no cell service but our blackberry connects up to the wifi and BBM works perfectly. We are enjoyin our stay so far, and would recomend it to everyone. Its not a brand new Hilton type place, its better!!
