2002 700 sportsman bog

i have a 2002 sportsman 700 and when you shove the fuel it bogs to the point of almost stalling!if you slowly give it fuel it will run along great, put new carb boot(manifold) and also checked the etc, new plugs, made sure battery was fully charged.pulled fuel line after filter and fuel running through it.lost and not sure if this electrical anymore or fuel problem or even belt choking machine out.Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!could it be a regulator???when you let off it smooths out and idles fine!!!

cured the problem!had carb checked once before and they put the washer on the wrong side of the needle!!bike was flooding out once it warmed up!
