Here's a few pics.

I decided to grease the tops of the spindle/ski rubber as they were showing signs of wear, grease was a mess for a few days

@ Installing the grease zerks, I just picked a drill size a bit smaller than the solid section of the zerk. Give the hole a chamfer with either a chamfer tool or do it very lightly with a larger bit. And jammed it in there without using a tap. Worked fine as it's aluminum, tested it out on a scrap piece in the shop.

TOM's powder wedges have been working awesome. Helps with less trenching. Matched them with white sliders.

Tool kit in seat. That's an old StowX tool bag from my riding days with the ktm klan of calgary, some dude had a bunch for sale one night. Don't need as many tools as you do on a sacked out m1000.

Looking at Rooster Built clutching now. She's fading to 7600 in the deep deep.
